أصدرت الهيئة العامة لدار الكتب والوثائق القومية، برئاسة الأستاذ الدكتور أسامة طلعت، كتابًا جديدًا، بعنوان «علم المصطلح بين النظرية والتطبيق- قراءة لغوية في المصطلحات السياسية والاقتصادية والعسكرية» من إعداد الأستاذة الدكتور صباح صابر حسين أستاذ العلوم اللغوية بكلية البنات للآداب والعلوم والتربية بجامعة عين شمس، وذلك في إطار رسالة الهيئة العلمية والثقافية الرامية إلى إثراء البحث اللغوي ودعم الدراسات المتخصصة.
يتناول الكتاب مجال علم المصطلح في ضوء التكامل بين النظرية والتطبيق، مستندًا إلى رؤية لغوية دقيقة تواكب التحولات المفاهيمية واللغوية في الخطاب المعاصر، ولاسيما في ميادين السياسة والاقتصاد والعسكرية.
وقد بني الكتاب – بعد المقدمة والمدخل النظري – على ثلاثة فصول رئيسة جاءت على النحو الآتي: الفصل الأول: تأصيل المصطلحات السياسية والاقتصادية والعسكرية، ويتناول أنواعها من الدخيلة والمعرّبة والمجمعية والمحدثة، الفصل الثاني: البنية الصرفية والتركيبية للمصطلحات، محللًا آليات التوليد اللغوي وبنية التراكيب في المصطلحات الحديثة، أما الفصل الثالث: الدراسة الدلالية للمصطلحات، من حيث التصنيف والتحليل الدلالي، بما يكشف عن أبعادها المفهومية والسياقية.
وقد استندت الباحثة في دراستها إلى لغة الصحافة مصدرًا أساسيًا للمادة التطبيقية، إذ جمعت 740 مصطلحًا من النصوص الإعلامية الحديثة، وحللت خصائصها اللغوية والدلالية بعمق ومنهجية. وقد برهنت الدراسة على أن لغة الإعلام تمثل ميدانًا خصبًا لتوليد المصطلحات الحديثة ورصد تطورها في السياقات الحية.
ويعد هذا الإصدار إضافة نوعية إلى المكتبة اللغوية العربية، إذ يجمع بين الرؤية النظرية الدقيقة والتحليل التطبيقي العميق، ويسلط الضوء على جانب مهم من جوانب البحث في المصطلحية المعاصرة.
ويؤكد الكتاب أهمية الوعي اللغوي بالمصطلحات الحديثة بوصفها مرآة للفكر والمعرفة في ميادين السياسة والاقتصاد والعسكرية، ودعوة إلى تطوير آليات عربية أصيلة لصناعة المصطلح ومواكبة التطور العالمي في هذا الحقل العلمي الرائد.
The General Authority of the National Library and Archives, under the chairmanship of Professor Dr. Osama Talaat, has published a new book titled “Terminology Science Between Theory and Practice – A Linguistic Study of Political, Economic, and Military Terms,” written by Professor Dr. Sabah Saber Hussein, Professor of Linguistic Sciences at the Faculty of Women for Arts, Science, and Education, Ain Shams University. The publication comes within the Authority’s scientific and cultural mission to enrich linguistic research and support specialized studies.
The book explores the field of terminology science through the integration of theory and practice, grounded in a precise linguistic perspective that reflects conceptual and linguistic transformations in contemporary discourse—particularly within the domains of politics, economics, and the military.
Following an introduction and theoretical framework, the book is divided into three main chapters:
Chapter One: The foundation of political, economic, and military terms, addressing their types—loanwords, Arabized, standardized, and newly coined terms.
Chapter Two: The morphological and syntactic structures of terms, analyzing linguistic generation mechanisms and structural patterns in modern terminology.
Chapter Three: The semantic study of terms, focusing on classification and semantic analysis to reveal their conceptual and contextual dimensions.
The researcher based her study primarily on journalistic language as the main source of applied material, collecting 740 terms from contemporary media texts and analyzing their linguistic and semantic characteristics with depth and rigor. The study demonstrated that media language serves as a fertile ground for generating modern terminology and tracing its development within real-life contexts.
This publication represents a valuable addition to the Arabic linguistic library, as it combines precise theoretical insight with comprehensive applied analysis, shedding light on a significant aspect of contemporary terminological research.
The book underscores the importance of linguistic awareness of modern terminology as a mirror of thought and knowledge in the fields of politics, economics, and the military. It also calls for the development of authentic Arabic mechanisms for term formation, in order to keep pace with global advances in this pioneering scientific field.
